The food was fantastic, and I’d gladly return to explore more of the menu. It was clear that the chef put great care into crafting each dish, thoughtfully blending flavors to create a memorable culinary experience.

My husband and I made our way to The Tap Room Bay Shore on St. Patrick’s Day. We sat at the bar and had a terrific evening. Dougie was our bartender: personable, genuine, attentive, excellent listener, and was super competent in his role. He worked that bar like none other, engaged with the patrons, and made us feel like one of the locals. The mission of this restaurant is exactly what we experienced. It was a casual gathering place for real food (yummy Bavarian Pretzel, Roasted Cauliflower Salad, and Birria Egg Rolls) and craft beverages (tasty Dogfish Head 60 Minute IPA and Blue Point both on draft), and to meet friends and make new ones. We left this gastropub having made a friend with a local, shout out to Chris, as well as Dougie. If we lived locally, this would be our regular hangout. Thank you for an amazing experience and for leaving us with such a favorable impression of Bay Shore on Long Island!

My server/bartender Dougie was great...he made a perfect Cold Brew Martini. I was not happy with my salad but he was extremely nice about it and offered another item. He was a good server.

Tap Room is a go-to spot for me and my husband whenever we’re in Bay Shore. The atmosphere is always very chill and the food is always good. We sat at the bar today and Dougie helped us out. He was very friendly and attentive. We both ordered a drink and wrap, as well as the crispy dragon appetizer to share. We devoured it all. Overall great experience today!

Just had my child’s 2nd bday at tap room in bayshore and it was 1000/10! Everything was amazing from the venue, food, drinks and especially the staff! We had Rebecca and Martin as our server and bartender and they were amazing! Rebecca helped us the moment we got there by helping set up some decor and kept up during the whole event with all of our guest and many kids. Also love how they offer an app menu for events since their apps the best! Would definitely recommend having an event here!!

The best bottomless brunch! Our server Hannah was the best. She always brought us our drinks in a timely manner and was very nice and super friendly. We had great conversations with her and she gave us the best recommendations. I highly recommend the chicken and waffles. The hot honey in it really adds a great kick. Perfect weekend afternoon outing!

Excellent pub food in a casual and rustic atmosphere. Service is very attentive. Food portions are plentiful and come out in a timely fashion. Try the birria rolls appetizer. They are very filling and tasty. Mac & cheese bites were creamy and soft; not dense. Bavarian pretzel is humongous and soft. Crispy chicken salad was delicious and huge. Chicken was so tender on the inside and the coating was crisp; just perfect. Truffle parmesan fries are seasoned just right. Roasted brussel sprouts were awesome. The steak sandwich was nice but lacking a little in flavor. I was told the burger wrap was good although I didn't taste it. Get the Crispy Dragon Wontons at happy hour for 7. The drizzled sauces were the perfect accompaniment. They have a desert of warm chocolate brownie with oreos inside that comes with ice cream and whipped cream that is huge. Fabrizio is a wonderful server and took care of all our needs. Archie, the manager, was very helpful. Serena at the bar is super friendly and Manager Rashaan went above and beyond! Rebecca is an amazing bartender and Veronica, another manager really went out of her way for us. Food is always served very promptly. They have nightly specials. Thursday night wing special (20 for 20)! Happy Hour is from 3pm-6pm and you can't go wrong with the mussels in garlic white wine sauce for 7. Had a great lunch at Tap Room today! Dougie was great. Super friendly and attentive without being overbearing and the food was amazing. We had the special mussels, shrimp tacos and gyro. We couldn’t eat it all because we were so full. We will definitely be back again soon and they have specials everyday!
